Laptop Specifications

Operating System: Units ship with Windows 11 Professional in most cases.
Condition: Refurbished, fully tested, some units will display normal signs of wear

Pricing and Rental Terms

Minimum Rental Term: 3 months (flexible extensions available)
Included Services: Full repairs and replacements (e.g., battery, power supply, or entire laptop) at no additional cost
Deposit: Refundable R500.
Payment Method: Recurring invoices that require manual payment.
Availability: Immediate, subject to stock. Contact for bulk pricing (5+ units)

Support and Maintenance

Repairs: All hardware issues (e.g., screen, keyboard, SSD) covered, with replacement laptops provided during repairs
Software: Pre-installed software, updates included, optional custom software setup
Insurance: Tenant liability required; laptops insured against theft/damage

Rental Policies

House Rules: No unauthorized modifications, return in original condition (normal wear accepted)
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled 14 days before start; 50% within 7 days
Delivery/Collection: Free delivery in Gauteng; R200 elsewhere in South Africa
Legal Compliance: Adheres to South African CPA and POPIA for data privacy
Safety Features: Laptops include endpoint security software, optional tracking
