Payments & grace period +
  • Payments are via PayFast
  • Same billing date every month

  • Non-payment may result in device restriction or recovery
Admin rights, software installs & system access +

To keep rental devices secure, compliant, and properly licensed, admin (administrator) access is granted by request.

Each rental device is set up with:

  • A standard user account for day-to-day use
  • A FusionEdge-managed administrator account
  • A Microsoft account (used for activation, licensing, and recovery)

This setup allows us to:

  • Ensure Windows and optional Microsoft Office are properly activated
  • Maintain device security and system stability
  • Assist with recovery in the event of issues, theft, or non-return

Need to install software?

No problem. Simply send us a request with the software name and purpose. Admin access or installation is approved very quickly.

This approach protects both the renter and FusionEdge, while still giving you access to the tools you need to work.

Returns, deposits & refunds +
  • Normal wear is acceptable
  • Damage may be deducted from deposit
  • Refunds processed after inspection
Device tracking & security +

All rental devices are trackable.

  • Remote lock or wipe may be triggered
